In order to use our Services you must link a 3rd party email account to your Fozzie account. With your permission (which you are expressly granting by using the Service), we will create and update versions of your contacts and emails for you to access in Fozzie. You will also have the option to import and update your contacts and associated information, and you can later choose to upload files to or provide comments through Fozzie (together, “Your Data”). You retain full ownership to your Data. We do not claim any ownership to any of it.
You are solely responsible for your conduct, the content of Your Data and your communications with others while using the Services. For example, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you have all rights and permissions needed to comply with these Terms and to avoid infringement or violation of any rights of others.
You acknowledge that Fozzie has no obligation to monitor any information on the Services and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, safety or legality of Your Data or any other information or content you may be able to access using the Services.

Within the framework of its services, Fozzie attributes the very highest importance to the security and integrity of its customers’ personal data.

Moreover if, by some exceptional case, the direct loss incurred arose due to fault or gross negligence by lemlist, you will be able to seek compensation within the limit of liability referred to in our Terms of Use.
You should keep in mind that any user, customer or hacker who discovers and takes advantage of a breach in security renders him or herself liable to criminal prosecution and that Fozzie will take all measures, including filing a complaint and/or bringing court action, to preserve the data and the rights of its users and of itself and to limit the impacts.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We make no claim to ownership of your images, outside of rights granted by you when you share images with our site in accordance with the right to use the image(s) to provide services to users.
